Santa Fe Community College Adapts to Turbulent Higher Education Landscape with Affordable Tuition and Fees

SFCC will offer in-district and in-state tuition of $54 per credit hour, making it an attractive option for students in the region.

Tuition for out-of-state students will be $67 per credit hour for six or fewer credits and $158 per credit hour for seven or more credits.

Senior citizen tuition remains unchanged at $5 per credit hour.

A student enrolled in an 8-week course would pay $432 (8 x $54) in tuition.

A student living in San Mateo County would pay $536 ($432 in tuition and $104 in fees for residents).

SFCC has introduced several student fees to cover administrative costs and support student organizations.

The tuition and fees structure includes a service fee and technology fee combined at $12 per credit hour.

The college offers one of the best values in higher education, according to SFCC President Becky Rowley, Ph.D.

SFCC will continue to be an attractive option for students in the region due to its commitment to affordability and access.

The college's tuition and fees will remain unchanged for the Summer 2025 semester, with the exception of the SGA fee, which remains unchanged.
